ICF Layouts / Wall Sections / Details

Do you want your installation to go smoothly?  What we do for our customers, home owners or builder, we provide you with a ICF layout to minimize the amount of cuts needed.  Plus, with the customers approval, we either enlarge the house or make it smaller by an inch or two to make the ICF's work on two inch increments.  There are many reasons for doing this.

• Easier to install.
• Try to make the ties line up to make the installation of interior (drywall) and exterior (siding, concrete board, etc) materials easier.
• Cuts are on 2", 4", 6" or 8" increments, this cuts down on waist.  If we can, we like to make it on 8" increments, this way the ties (studs) line up perfectly.

If you are interested in saving time and money, send us your plans and we will provide you with a quote.  We provide the ICF Layout and / or wall sections & details, if needed, at no extra charge.  This is a service we provide our customers.

Architectural Design Services

The Architectural Design Services are a separate service that you can purchase from us.  The design services provides you, the customer, with a full set of blue prints that comply with the latest International Residential Building Code and the International Energy Conservation Code.
